Jinli Oils & Fats (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is located at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai-- Wuhu Economic Development Zone, Wujiang City, east to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, west to Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, south to 318 National Highway and Huqingping Expressway, with very convenient land transportation and waterway transportation. Founded in 1986, the company is specialized in the production and processing of vegetable oil. The factory has 168.2 million yuan in fixed assets and nearly 400 employees. Now, the company has established branches in Guizhou and Inner Mongolia. The company’s product sales networks have spread more than 750 towns and cities nationwide, including more than 300 “Jinli Family” franchised Cereals and Oil Stores established by the company.

• Production Capacity

In our Wujiang Plant, we have a world-class oil refining production line, a winterization dewaxing production line and a fully automatic filling production line, the most excellent pre-pressing, leaching production line and fully automatic filling production line. At present, the factory has established three production areas, including: pre-pressing leaching production area (daily production output of 700 tons in the pre-pressing leaching workshop), refined oil production area (refining workshop has 3 production lines, with daily output of 200 tons, 150 tons , 100 tons and 50 tons respectively, and a dewaxing production workshop with daily output of 200 tons), and a packaging and filling area (there are 5 production lines of medium packaging and small packaging in the filling workshop, with output of 35,000 boxes of packaged oil and supporting packaging bottle production workshop).
 

• Warehousing and Logistics

In order to adapt to the logistics management of various oils, fats and oil meals, the company has provided 25,000 cubic meters of steel oil silos and over 200,000 feet of warehouses, with oil storage capacity of 36,000 cubic meters. There are special railway lines in Shanghai and Suzhou. In addition, the company has 30 railway tank trucks and more than 20 road transport vehicles and 2,200 tons of vegetable oil special fleets, which can provide guarantee for the huge throughput and logistics and warehousing of the factory.

• Quality Control

The company passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 2001 and was awarded the first batch of “Food Production License” by AQSIQ in 2003. In 2009, it passed the “HACCP Food Safety Management System Certification”, and obtained the "KOSHER Jewish International Kosher Certification" and the "HALAL Islamic International Kosher Certification". In order to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements, we has implemented the whole process quality control from the raw materials, intermediate products to finished products in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system and HACCP food safety management system. We not only implement monitoring on the product quality in the production stage, but also on the storage and transportation stages. We are carrying out work for the certifications of ISO14000 environmental management system, OHSAS18000 occupational health and IP system according to customers’ requirements and the actual industrial conditions, to meet higher level of needs from customers.

• International Trade

We have carried out import and export trading. Usually, we import various kinds of oilseeds and oils including rapeseed, flaxseed, coconut oil, palm oil, etc., and export various kinds of refined oils, including corn oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, flaxseed oil and oil meals. Every year, we import about 40,000-60,000 tons of rapeseed, about 20,000-30.000 tons of flaxseed, about 5,000-8,000 tons of linseed oil, about 10,000-15, 000 tons of coconut oil and palm kernel oil, and about 15,000-20.000 tons of rapeseed oil. Our annual export volume of oils is about 6,000 tons of oil and about 15,000 tons of feeds and oil meals. We have extensive customers in Southeast Asia, Australia, North and South America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Now, we are constantly exploring international trade, expanding the import and export scale of agricultural products and actively establishing good trade relationship with various regions and countries.
